Pixelville, a site specific installation @ Dumbo Arts Center,

In the very long time that past since I last regularly blogged the site specific installation,
Pixelville, in collaboration with Shirley Shor has come to life.
The show is on until February 22nd. The gallery is open Wednesday to Sunday. 12PM to 5PM

Well, I know, It has been ages since I last posted material to the blog.
The good part is that a lot has happened and I have tons of stuff to post.
I try really hard to be consistent from now on. Here goes,

A new Collaboration with Shirley Shor

I recently started a collaboration with the new media artist, Shirley Shor, (http://www.shirleyshor.com/) towards a joint project.
After we met for a fruitful brain-storming, I came up with a couple of digital imaging sketches
for our future collaboration. Here are some of them...

I was invited by Yuko Nii to take part in the Woman Forward international exhibition in Wah Center in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

The show is divided into two parts.
The first is showing artists born before 1950 and opens on March 7th
and the second part opens on April 25th and features artists born after 1950
I have four pieces in the second part, a drawing, a wall relief and two sculptures.
